"Wilder comes from a coffee-producing family—his father famously won the Cup of Excellence in 2012. Unlike his father, however, Wilder initially pursued a career in business administration, as coffee did not interest him. In 2010, when the farm adjacent to his father’s property went up for sale, Wilder purchased it to secure some land of his own. For several years, his father oversaw the coffee production on that land, while Wilder remained focused on other work.

By 2019, Wilder decided to step into coffee himself. Drawing on his background in business development, he set out to create a differentiated product and cultivate lasting business relationships. He now reflects with pride on what has been achieved—connecting with international buyers and building consistency in quality."
