What is Single Origin Coffee?
The term “single origin coffee” is a category of coffee that has been sourced from one specific region, farm, producer or crop, unlike blends that combine beans from multiple places. By focusing on a single origin, we can showcase the unique flavour profiles and characteristics of that particular region, allowing coffee lovers to truly experience the distinctive taste of each country’s terroir. Whether it’s the fruity, floral notes of Ethiopian beans or the smooth, chocolatey tones from Colombia, single-origin coffee offers a deeper connection to the place it’s grown.
