" Eduar Giraldo, 35, is a proud fourth-generation coffee farmer who has dedicated two decades to cultivating exceptional coffee. His journey began at just 15 years old when, with his father’s guidance and trust, he planted his first hectare of coffee — an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for coffee growing.

Eduar’s commitment to quality and innovation has defined his career. In 2018, his dedication was recognised when he became a finalist in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition. Together with his wife, he has built a strong family and continues to push forward the legacy of his two farms — Las Delicias and La Esperanza — which together encompass 16 hectares of carefully nurtured varietal coffee.

Driven by curiosity and passion, Eduar is constantly experimenting with new processes to produce distinctive, high-quality coffees. His goal is not just to grow coffee, but to craft exceptional lots that reflect his land, his heritage, and his relentless pursuit of excellence."
