Our Roasting Process
We roast in small batches most days of the week, ensuring that every batch is as fresh as possible. Our Probat P25 handles the bulk of our production, while our smaller and more limited releases are roasted on the Diedrich IR12. This mix of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology allows us to deliver consistent quality and flavour in every roast.
Always Something New
Our staple blends – Strongman, Seasonal, Amelia, and Decaf – are available all year round. To keep things exciting, we mix up our single origin offerings every 4-8 weeks with limited edition roasts from some of the best sustainable, small family-owned coffee producers around the world.
Plus, we release three limited-edition blends annually: Shack Blend, Turbo Chook, and our festive Christmas Blend.
