Finca Las Tolas is a 103-hectare estate of which 75 hectares is planted in coffee. Located in Ecuador's Pichincha region, this estate is planted in multiple varieties including Java, Pacas, Caturra, Pacamara, and Bourbon, Coffee here is harvested with fully ripe and depulped on the same day, fermented dry for an average period of 36 hours, washed, and placed on raised beds to try for an average of 28 days.
