Decaf has improved exponentially in recent years. The decaf coffees we select are first cupped specifically for their quality and sourced by single-origin, either region or farm. They are then decaffeinated at origin in Colombia, which isn't always the case, using a special, natural process that utilises a solvent of ethyl acetate, which is derived from fermented sugar.
