Colombia Small Holders of Castillo

This combined lot takes co-operative lot coffee to the next level. rather than blending several small hold farm coffees from the one area, the Smallholders of Castillo is a blend of one single varietal(Castillo) from several different farms in different regions. The Regions include Narino, Hulia, Tolima and Quindio.

The Castillo Variety is of the "futureproof" form. Meaning it is resistant to coffee leaf rust and yields good heavy crops in comparison to the more widley grown Caturra Variety. We always pick our Colombian coffees as full bodied and flavoursome offerings.
