This coffee is produced by William Martinez and his cousin Luis Manuel in Gaitania, Tolima.
Together, William and Luis purchased Las Lomas farm in 2010 from a 90 year old woman. When the farm was purchased, William decided to plant only Caturra as he had heard this variety’s cup quality was significantly better than Castillo.
The coffee is dry fermented for 30 hours before being depulped then gently washed and placed out to dry.
