This is a Clever Coffee Dripper:
They differ from most pour-over or filter coffee makers in that the coffee will remain infusing in the top section until you put it on your cup. This opens the “clever” valve and allows the coffee to drip through.

We bought a few new toys this week, including a couple of Aeropresses.
I’m glad you asked. The Aeropress (made by Aerobie) is yet another method of making brewed coffee.
The first thing you’ll notice about them is that they look ridiculous. They’ve been compared to a giant syringe or breast pump, but functionally, they’re a great design!
There’s a bottom chamber with a detachable filter holder, and a top section which acts as a plunger. You put a small paper disk in the filter folder, add coffee and boiled (but not boiling) water, then plunge after a short brewing time. It’s clean, simple and extremely tasty! Continue Reading
